Ultrasonics

Ultrasonics

Ultrasonics combines a distinctive sonification technique with a hydrodynamic design to reduce particle size to under 20 microns, leading to an increase in bio-methane production by up to 30%. This enhancement not only results in greater methane yields but also enables digesters to operate more efficiently and robustly, as bacteria can convert biomass more quickly and multiply more effectively. Additionally, this improved conversion rate contributes to a reduction in Chemical and Biological Oxygen Demand (COD & BOD) in the wastewater discharged from the digester.
